Lauren led a social entrepreneurship retreat hosted by my college where she not only sought to understand our venture ideas, but she intentionally developed personal relationships with all 35 students. This allowed her to adapt each days' sessions to meet us exactly where we were - ever challenging us to dream and achieve beyond what we previously thought possible.
